I'm a life and relationship coach working at the intersection of intimacy, identity, and personal growth.
My work is centered around helping people better understand themselves, their relationships, and the ways they move through connection, emotionally, physically, and relationally.

Many of the people I work with are part of LGBTQIA+ and/or nonmonogamous (open/poly/CNM) communities, but this space is open to anyone looking to explore these areas of their life.
A GROUNDED APPROACH
This isn't about fixing you or giving you a rigid set of rules to follow.
It's about creating space to explore what's already there, your patterns, your desires, your questions, and helping you move forward in a way that feels intentional and aligned.
