Many of the people I work with are part of LGBTQIA+ and/or nonmonogamous (open/poly/CNM) communities, but this space is open to anyone looking to explore these areas of their life.

This isn't about fixing you or giving you a rigid set of rules to follow.
It's about creating space to explore what's already there, your patterns, your desires, your questions, and helping you move forward in a way that feels intentional and aligned.

Session cost
Sliding scale sessions are available:
$70–$140 (60 minutes)
This range is designed to keep this work accessible while also honoring the time, energy, and care it requires.
If you're able to pay at the higher end of the scale, it helps support the sustainability of this work and allows me to continue offering lower-cost options for others.
You're invited to choose a rate that feels honest and manageable for you, no explanation required.
Between-session support
For those working together on an ongoing basis, I offer light support between sessions via email.
This space can be used for:
• Sharing reflections or updates
• Asking questions
• Processing experiences as they come up
I do my best to respond thoughtfully within a day or two, depending on availability.
This is not a real-time or ongoing conversation space, but a way to stay connected and supported between sessions.
For more ongoing or frequent back-and-forth, the optional support tier may be a better fit.
Ongoing Support Access (Optional)
For those who would like more consistent connection:
$40–$100/month
Includes:
• Ongoing email support between sessions
• More space for processing, questions, and continued dialogue
• Responses typically within 24–48 hours
This offers a steady, grounded form of support, not immediate or on-demand.

What does coaching consist of?
Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused process.
Rather than analyzing the past in depth, we focus on understanding where you are now and where you want to go, while using your own insight and experience as a guide.
My role is to help reflect, refine, and support your process as you move forward.
What is your schedule like?
With a few days to a week of notice, I often have availability for mornings, afternoons, or evenings on both weekdays and weekends.
Occasionally, same-day sessions may be available, feel free to check in.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are primarily held virtually by phone or video.
In-person sessions may be possible locally in Biddeford, Maine or nearby areas, depending on availability and scheduling.
Can I use insurance?
I do not accept insurance.
However, I offer a sliding scale, and I'm happy to discuss options if cost would otherwise be a barrier.
